What Kind of Fabric Do You Use?
I am only using highest quality of 100% pure silk. The type & thickness may vary from Artwork to another
Do you paint on different color silk?
No I am using only white color silk and change the color of the background myself according to the idea.
What type of colors do you use for your Artworks?
Mostly I paint with French Brand "Pebeo - SetaSilk". Those are the colors made specially to be used for painting on pure silk. Also I use Javana and Marabu. From the old time I do have Japanese pigments which are also great for pure silk.
What if I will have allergy after I receive Silk Painting?
Absolutely impossible to have allergy from silk painting, because silk fabric and colors I use are hypo-allergic. Myself I am very sensitive to any type of smell, colors, dust, ect. So I create art health safe.

ABOUT CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Will the colors fade on artwork?
No, they will never fade. The paint used for all my artworks is always fixed at the end of the process for permanence.
Please, have in mind, though, that sun light can damage the intensity of colors of the Artworks. So make sure you never leave your Silk Painting next to the window or anywhere in direct sun light for too long. Keep them away from the direct sun light and you will be able to enjoy it for lifetime.
How to clean my Artwork if it gets dusty?
You can clean it with slightly wet fabric or dust remover.
What do I do in case I get a stain on my Silk Painting?
Please see attached Care Instructions Certificate to your Artwork. It has the detailed instructions
What if the water drops on my Artwork?
All my Silk Paintings are color fixed and absolutely water friendly. Just let it dry a bit on air and iron on the reverse side while still damp.
ABOUT CUSTOM ORDERS
Can I make customized order from my own pictures?
Yes. You can send me your own image from the CONTACT page or direct mail info@sonoseta.com with a description, color scheme, ideas you would like to have done and any questions you have. I will get back to you with cost and time estimates and detailed description of your desired Artrwork.
How do I send you my files?

If I like a certain photo to be painted on silk but I would like to have it in different colors – can I have that done for me?
Of course. Just send me the photo and the description you like to do. If you prefer, we can discuss by email all issues and questions you might have – you can write at CONTACT page and we will get back to you asap.
Can I order of a painting which has already been sold?
Originally I do not like making copies of my Silk Artworks and Also it depends on a collector who bought the artwork you liked. If he/she will accept doing it then we can discuss placing customer order. If not, then you will have to choose another Artwork.

How Do I Order?
Place the order online or contact me for direct transaction.
How fast will I receive my purchase?
Your artwork will be ready for shipping within 3 business days (for the items available on Site) plus transit time to your destination. If you make customazed order I will inform you upon the deal.
I use DHL for delivery of all my Artworks, so after the courier will pick up the shipment you will be able to track the parcel on DHL website till it will be delivered.
What company do you use to process my credit card? Is it safe?
We use the Paypal credit card processor to process your payment transactions. Paypal is one of the biggest and safest online transaction companies worldwide. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
What is payment terms?
For in-stock items 100% to be paid before shipment.
For custom made order, 100% deposit to be paid by Paypal right after we agree on details.
Do I have to pay for Taxes and Customs duties?
Yes, customers are responsible to pay the Taxes and Custom Duties in their own countries or regions based on their Taxes and Custom Duties policies.
What do I do in case I do not like my ordered item?
Impossible to happen, because all my clients are falling in love with their purchase even more when they receive artwork and see it live. But in case you do not like the silk item you have purchased – please send me an e-mail request within 3 days of receiving your Artwork to provide you the return address and send the silk Item back within max 10 days, in its original condition. You cannot have your money back, but you can choose another Painting, after I receive the Silk back and evaluate its condition will send you your new piece.
